The problem
Daily operations lived in a large number of Google Sheets. Teachers and staff spent time finding the right sheet and row for every attendance record, new registration and payment check.
The solution
A router agent on WhatsApp understands the request and calls dedicated tools: register a student, fetch absence history, and more. Separate scheduled workflows match bank mutation statements against invoices and dispatch payment reminders through a dispatcher/worker pair.
