The problem
Producing an AI short drama meant prompting image and video models scene by scene, keeping characters visually consistent and tracking hundreds of assets by hand.
The solution
An orchestrator ("gamemaster") watches Drive for new scripts and drives four generator workflows in order: characters, backgrounds, first-frame scene images and scene videos. An AI agent writes model prompts from the script, generation jobs run asynchronously with polling, and a spreadsheet acts as the state machine for every asset.

Engineering highlights
- ◆ Orchestrator / worker split: each generator is an independent, re-runnable sub-workflow.
- ◆ Async job polling with waits and batching keeps within provider rate limits.
- ◆ Model-agnostic provider layer, so image and video models can be swapped without rewiring the pipeline.
Impact
- ✓ A full episode’s visual assets are produced from a single script upload.
- ✓ Asset status is always visible in one tracking sheet.
