The problem
Estimators read each unit replacement form by hand, looked up unit and add-on prices in a catalog and assembled the quotation document themselves. It was slow and prone to pricing mistakes.
The solution
A Gmail-triggered pipeline extracts every attached form and runs OCR with Gemini and OpenAI in parallel for accuracy. Units and add-ons are priced against a product catalog in Supabase, an AI quotation agent assembles a structured proposal, and the result fills Google Docs and Sheets templates. The document is exported to PDF and sent as an email reply.
