The problem
Talent reviews ran periodically on spreadsheets and documents. Managers rated their teams in different files, leadership had no single view of the organization, and scorecards drifted out of date.
The solution
A role-based web application. Managers rate direct reports on Performance × Core Values and see them placed live on the 9-box grid; leadership calibrates across the organization. It also runs 360° review cycles (self, peer, upward, manager), manages versioned scorecards with an AI assistant, and imports or exports Excel, Word and PDF.
